Pursuant to your request, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is willing to review and, if possible, discuss proposed workout arrangements with you. By checking the box below you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following:

No workout discussions or draft proposals shall be binding on you or KHC. It is expressly understood and agreed that any binding arrangement must be approved by KHC and the appropriate decision-maker for your entity, definitively documented, executed, and delivered.
Any workout discussions prior to the execution of a workout agreement have been and will be without prejudice to you or KHC and the rights and remedies of each under the existing Loan Documents, at law or in equity.
You or KHC may terminate workout discussions at any time in your/its sole discretion.
You hereby release and waive any and all claims, of any kind or nature, which you may have against KHC arising from workout discussions.
